Popeyes brings back two fan favorites for a limited time. Here’s when you can get them
Two fan favorites are making a comeback at Popeyes in time for Lent, but they won’t stick around.
The Flounder Fish Sandwich and Shrimp Tackle Box are back at participating Popeyes restaurants nationwide, the Miami-based chicken chain announced Feb. 13.
Making its debut in 2021, the Flounder Fish Sandwich features “a light, flaky flounder filet marinated in authentic Louisiana herbs & spices, dusted in our southern crispy coating and fried up golden brown,” according to a product description.
The filet is served atop a toasted brioche bun with tartar sauce and pickles. Fish fans can choose from two varieties: classic or spicy.
For $6 plus tax, customers can also order the Shrimp Tackle Box featuring eight seasoned, breaded butterfly shrimp, a classic side, buttered biscuit and tartar sauce for dipping.
Pricing varies by location.
