“The home is best thought of as a ‘tiny house on water,’” the listing says. “If you’re not comfortable stepping into/off of a boat, walking on narrow passageways, sleeping in small spaces, or using a camping toilet (or walking 100 feet to a bath house), you may prefer to stay in our main house on the property.”
