Former seaside home of ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge Howie Mandel lists in California

A chic, seaside estate once owned by comedian Howie Mandel has landed on the real estate market in Malibu, California, for a whopping $21.5 million.

Mandel, who is most known these days for being a judge on the reality competition show “America’s Got Talent,” sold the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in 1999, the New York Post reported. And, apparently, it’s what people in the neighborhood still call it.

“‘That’s the old Mandel house,’ that’s how people describe it,” listing agent Irene Dazzan-Palmer told Mansion Global.

The 3,582-square-foot property is the ideal beach residence, with a light and open floor plan, along with a massive deck area that overlooks the Pacific blue.

“You actually enter into the kitchen from the garden—and the kitchen is gorgeous,” Dazzan-Palmer told Mansion Global. “Boom, you see the beach, you see the open air (from the kitchen).”

Other features include:

  • Guest house

  • Beamed, high ceilings

  • Floor-to-ceiling windows

  • Private primary oceanfront deck

  • Primary rain shower

  • Gym in guest house

Mandel has been in the spotlight since the late 1970s and has starred in a wide variety of programs including “St. Elsewhere,” “The Nanny” and “Sunset Beach.” He was also the popular host of the game show “Deal or No Deal.”

The listing is held by Dazzan-Palmer and Sandro Dazzan of The Agency.
