Plastic surgeon Paul Nassif of ‘Botched’ selling this L.A. home with 2 pools for $30M
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif, who co-hosts the television show “Botched,” has listed his Los Angeles mansion with two pools on two different levels, glass walls, an indoor atrium and water wall, custom bar, 12-seat movie theater and temperature-controlled wine room for $30 million.
Sitting on a private, tree-lined hillside in the Los Angeles community of Bel Air, the gated estate takes in vast city and ocean views.
Tomer Fridman of Compass and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency co-listed the house, whose interior was designed by television personality Faye Resnick.
The home first came to the market in 2021 while still under construction, according to a representative for Compass real estate firm. Now, it’s move-in ready after 2 1/2 years of planning and construction.
“The home offers a luxurious ambiance with amenities laid out in the most natural way,” Fridman said in an email to The Sacramento Bee. “Its floor plans deliver a livability and utility that is extremely rare making the property programmed exceptionally well for both a family setting or dramatically bold entertainment.”
The estate sits on 1.3 acres with a seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom main residence spanning 12,000 square feet.. The living and dining areas open through glass walls to terraces and an outdoor kitchen, custom bar and infinity pool and spa. On the lower level, there’s a lounge, bar, movie theater, wine room and an indoor-outdoor gym with a steam room and sauna that leads to the 73-foot second pool extending over the hillside.
“There are numerous constraints when building on hillsides, yet when executed successfully and thoughtfully as with this home, you get jaw-dropping ocean (and) canyon views,” Fridman added. “This is an absolute gem in today’s current L.A. market.”
The location, 1035 Stradella Road. Los Angeles, is a huge asset for a buyer, Fridman said.
“Stradella Road has had a huge renaissance in the last five years,” he said. “It has been home to the most expensive land development projects in Los Angeles, including a trophy home which sold over $100 million and another that ranked in the top 10 sales in the U.S. in 2021.”
