A Missouri woman was out house hunting when she decided to make an “impromptu stop” at a convenience store before driving back home.

While there, she bought a $20 “Mega Cash Blast” Scratchers ticket, according to a May 12 news release from the Missouri Lottery.

That spontaneous purchase means she shouldn’t have to worry about having enough cash to buy a new home.

She won the scratch-off ticket’s top prize of $2 million, lottery officials said.

“This is just going to be more money for the down payment,” she told Missouri lottery officials.

The ticket was purchased at a Zingers Mart on 5204 Lemay Ferry Road in south St. Louis.
