A karaoke night in Texas was cut short when a rendition of OutKast’s 2003 hit “Hey Ya!” was interrupted by a car crashing through the bar.

A video posted by the lounge’s karaoke DJ captured the crash around 11:15 p.m. on May 6 in San Antonio.

“Shake it like a polaroid picture,” the unsuspecting karaoke enthusiast sang.

The singer — clad in a floral shirt — was making his way through the bridge of the song when the headlights grew brighter, the video showed.

The car then smashed through the glass walls of Oasis Lounge, knocking over one person who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, KSAT reported. The singer was not hurt, but karoke was canceled for the rest of the evening due to the “situation,” the DJ said.

Police told the San Antonio Express-News that the driver, 64, stopped his car and then accelerated, sending him careening through the building and colliding with a concrete barrier.

The driver of the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the Express-News reported.

Although he didn’t get to finish his take on “Hey Ya!” the singer appeared unshaken by the disruption before hanging up his microphone for the evening.
