Dr. Paul Nassif, the plastic surgeon who is the star of the reality TV series “Botched,” just bought a French provincial estate in Southern California, with 107 feet of ocean frontage, for $14 million, according to Coldwell Banker Realty.
Located at 1 White Water Lane in Dana Point, the residence spans 9,005 square feet with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The home sits on nearly a third of an acre behind a gated courtyard entry.
“Tucked behind the prestigious guard-gated enclave of The Strand at Headlands, this prime ocean view sanctuary truly embodies peace, calm and privacy on one of the largest home sites in the community,” Tim Smith, co-listing agent with Jeff Golden of Coldwell Banker Realty, said in a news release.
The seller was represented by Karen Conley of Re/Max Coastal Homes.
The estate was built in 2012 by RDM General Contractors. The interiors were done by by Coronado Design Group and landscape architecture by Daniel Stewart added the outdoor touches.
The estate is entered through an opulent grand foyer and unfolds across two living rooms, two dining areas, a caretakers’ quarters, an ensuite bedroom and gourmet chef’s kitchen. Pocket glass doors open out to a zero-edge pool and spa with the ocean below.
Elevator services go to all three levels in addition to a wrought-iron spiraled stairway.

The home was listed in March 2021 for $14.9 million, according to realtor.com. The price dropped to $14.395 million in February 2022 before closing May 5, 2022.
