A home on the real estate market in Cleveland, Ohio, for a mere $162,000 has a selling point that may attract the young, “Jurassic Park” fanatic in you — a giant dinosaur statue in front (along with a gomphothere and giraffe).
But fair warning: It’s unknown if the price includes the cool features.
