The Cuban-born songstress purchased the beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom, 3,570-square-foot Mediterranean revival two and a half years ago for $3.38 million, E! News reported.

The home comes complete with high-end designer finishes and a downright stunning split level open plan, the listing on Compass says. Other highlights include:

  • Salt-water pool

  • Multiple outdoor sitting areas

  • Fire pit

  • Gourmet kitchen

Downstairs, a fourth bedroom has been converted into a recording studio and a “professional vocal booth” is inside an attached two-car garage.

Cabello was discovered after appearing on “The X-Factor” when she caught the attention of judge Simon Cowell when she was a show reserve, the New York Post said. She broke out as a solo artist in 2016 before release two hit singles with now-boyfriend Shawn Mendes. Her hit single “Havana” took off in 2017 and became No. 1 on worldwide music charts, IMDb said.

The listing is held by Denise Rosner of Compass.
