It was known as “America’s most famous closet,” and it’s enough to make any fashionista drool with envy. And now it’s finally off the market.

Houston self-made millionaire Theresa Roemer, who was once dubbed “The Ultimate Real Housewife of Houston,” has sold her 17,350-square-foot stunner, according to Nan & Company Properties/Christie’s International Real Estate, Culture Map Austin reported.

While the 3,000-square-foot closet has been the main attraction of the estate in the past (it was featured in rapper Gucci Maine’s music video “Nonchalant”), the elegance that brims from nearly every corner of the house draws the eye of tasteful, budding interior designers.

“It’s a gorgeous open floor plan,” said Claudia Fathivand, a real estate agent who handled the house when it was on the market in 2018, Culture Map reported. “It’s very modern. I really see this as a family house. I really see it as a house with a closet and not a closet with a house.”

In an interview with Texas Monthly, Roemer had revealed to the magazine that she wasn’t satisfied with the size of her already-ginormous closet.

“I wish it was bigger.”

The house comes complete with six to seven bedrooms, 10 full and three half-baths, a movie theater, gym, butler’s pantry, elevator and a wine tasting room built to hold more than 200 bottles of wine.

The outside of the house reflects the inside in terms of elegance. It The outside features an outdoor kitchen, a lap pool, and even a large chess set, says Har.com, a real estate website that had the mansion listed.

It has not been revealed how much the mansion sold for, but the listing on Har.com had it at $6,499,000.

Roemer is a self-made millionaire who built her empire after she bought her first gym in 1995 while she was the general manager of a health club. In 1999, she became the U.S. Open title holder for body building, the Dailey Advertiser reported.

“Things were going well,” Roemer said to the Daily Advertiser . “I was kicking butt and taking names. Eventually, my business led to a chain called Body by Design.”

She ended up selling the business in 2000 and made her fortune.

“I was able to look back at my exes,” Theresa said, “and say, ‘Look at me now.’ Everything was perfect. My friends, kids, my home – I was living this perfect life. I didn’t have my perfect guy, but I didn’t care – I was doing just fine on my own. I became a health club consultant and traveled around the world.”
