Disturbing video shows child clinging onto window of moving SUV in Texas, police say
Police in Texas are searching for the driver of an SUV after distressing video emerged of a child hanging on the side of the vehicle as it moves.
Laredo police posted video to Facebook on Tuesday of a red SUV driving through what’s believed to be an H.E.B. parking lot, according to the Laredo Morning Times.
In the video, a small child can be seen standing on the running board and hanging onto the open front passenger side window as it moves through the lot.
Now, police are searching for the driver of the vehicle.
