Stolen car plows through Walmart front doors, ending police chase, Oklahoma cops says

Two people were arrested in Oklahoma on Monday after police say they crashed a stolen car into a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Oklahoma City police responded to a call about a stolen car around 4 a.m., KWTV reported. Officers found the car and tried to pull it over, but police say the driver refused to stop and led them on a chase through the city, according to the station.

The chase ended when the car smashed through the front doors of a Walmart Neighborhood Market, KFOR reported.

The two people inside the car tried to make a break for it, but they were ultimately caught and arrested, according to KOCO.

No one inside the store was injured, police say, but employees worked well into the morning to clean up the glass, KFOR reported.

Police have not released the names of the two people inside the car, according to KOCO.
