Police issued two news releases with photos on Tuesday asking for help in identifying two robbers in three holdups.

On Monday, an armed robber held up two stores on Western Center Boulevard in north Fort Worth. The man “produced a black semiautomatic handgun and demanded money from the store employees” at the 7-Eleven convenience store at 1600 Western Center and the CVS pharmacy at 4300 Western Center.

He is 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 9 tall and weighs 150-160 pounds.

Anyone with information about the robber is asked to call 817-392-4377.

On June 20, a man entered a Wal-Mart store at 2245 Jacksboro Highway near River Oaks, picked out a bicycle and rode it to the store’s garden center.

Employees recognized him from a previous theft. When an employee approached him, the man pulled out a semiautomatic handgun, pointed it at the employee, saying “get back,” the release said. He rode off on the bike.

Anyone with information about this robber is asked to call 817-392-4381.
