Man found shot on Fort Worth street

A man was found in the street with several gunshot wounds early this morning in the 7300 block of Lea Place in Fort Worth, police said.

The man was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, Sgt. Marcus Povero said in an email. An updated condition was unavailable.

Povero said police, who were dispatched to the call at 1:09 a.m., do not know what led to the shooting. He said no suspects have been identified.
