Police are asking for the public’s help to identify armed robbers who stole money from a convenience store in the Riverside neighborhood on Saturday.

Fort Worth police released surveillance photos on Tuesday of two men dressed in black — one of whom can be seen pointing a semi-automatic weapon with his face covered — at Quick and Easy Food Store in the 100 block of North Riverside Drive late Saturday.

The robbery occurred between 11:39 p.m. and 11:53 p.m. when three people were in the store, according to a police report.

The men entered the store at the same time, said officer Daniel Segura, a Fort Worth police spokesman. The men grabbed money and drove off in a silver Dodge Avenger.

Segura said it is possible that a driver waited in the car.

The robbers should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
