Forest Hill woman dead in single-vehicle wreck

A 58-year-old Forest Hill woman died Wednesday morning in a single-car wreck on the Interstate 20 service road.

The wreck occurred shortly after 7 a.m. in the 3400 block of the I-20 eastbound service road, said Forest Hill Capt. J. Cozby.

Marjorie Martin, the sole occupant of the pickup involved, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the wreck remained unknown Wednesday. The investigation is continuing, Cozby said.
