Authorities are searching for a 15-month-old girl who is in “serious danger” after her mother fled with her in Fort Worth, state officials said Sunday.

An Amber Alert for the little girl, named Twinkle Twinkie Twilight, also known as Twinkle Miles, went out after 9 p.m. Sunday.

Officials had allowed her a visit with her biological mother, Vicki Miles, 42, on Saturday, officials said. Miles fled with the child, CPS officials said in a news release.

CPS had been granted custody of Twinkle in June, and the toddler was later placed in foster care.

Twinkle has a blue birthmark on her left forearm and her head may be shaved, officials said Sunday. She is about 2 feet tall and weighs 40 pounds, according to the Texas Amber Alert Network.

Her mother is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 114 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be driving a red 2001 Chevrolet TrailBlazer with Texas license plate number MHY 236.
