Man uses U-Haul to steal from Azle store
Tarrant County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man who used a U-Haul moving van to pull a convenience store door off its hinges and steal merchandise.
Video surveillance from Briar Beer and Tobacco in Azle shows a white male driving a white U-Haul, which he used to rip off the front door Oct. 24, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release.
The man is caught on video leaving the store carrying merchandise before he gets back in the truck and heads south on Farm to Market 730 North.
Deputies are asking anyone with information to call Detective Adams at 817-884-3749 or dispatch at 817-884-1213. — Monica S. Nagy
