Police on Wednesday released a surveillance photo of a man in colorful camouflage pants and a “Compton” cap who robbed a west side taco truck in the middle of the afternoon on Sept. 19.

El Tacorriendo Taqueria in the 6800 block of Camp Bowie Boulevard was held up at 3:45 p.m., employees told police.

The robber, who wore a bandanna, pointed a handgun and demanded money, police said. He ran off behind a nearby Shell station.

The robber is black, in his late teens or early 20s and about 5-foot-11 with a medium build.
