An electrical fire in a meat case at the H-E-B Alliance location prompted an emergency response to the store Thursday night, according to Fort Worth Fire Department call logs and store personnel.

Firefighters were dispatched to the store in the 3400 block of Heritage Trace Parkway at around 8:20 p.m., according to call logs. A caller reported a structure fire at the location.

The fire was isolated to a meat case and has since been extinguished, said Mabrie Jackson, H-E-B’s managing director of public affairs.

No one was injured, and the store is currently closed as employees assess the situation to see when reopening will be possible, Jackson said.

Officials with the Fort Worth Fire Department could not be immediately reached for a statement Thursday.
