Housing development planned for SW Fort Worth, near Benbrook
A single-family housing development in Fort Worth near Benbrook is in the early planning stages, according to city permits.
The 21.5-acre development, Whitestone Point, is at 11701 Benbrook Highway and owned by Fort Worth builder Hawkins Custom Homes. A drainage study is underway.
Hawkins has two other Whitestone projects in Benbrook, Whitestone Heights and Whitestone Crest. All three developments are near the Whitestone Golf Course.
Hawkins Custom homes did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
