Several people injured in multi-vehicle crash on I-35W in south Fort Worth

A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 35W in south Fort Worth closed the northbound lanes for a time Monday night and injured several people, officials say.

A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 35W in south Fort Worth closed the northbound lanes for a time Monday night and injured several people, officials said.

The crash took place about 10 p.m. near Sycamore School Road. Three vehicles were involved, according to police.

The occupants were taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said. Information about how many people were injured and their conditions wasn’t immediately available.

The northbound lanes reopened shortly after 10:30 p.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
