Man stole items, threatened to run over Fort Worth store employee, police say

The Fort Worth Police Department is seeking information regarding a theft at an AutoZone at 2900 Cleburne Road.

Police said the suspect left the store about 9:30 p.m. Oct. 15 without paying for items worth several hundred dollars, as seen on surveillance video. The man placed the items in the bed of his truck. When an employee followed the man outside to get the items back, the suspect threatened to run him over with his vehicle, police said.

The suspect is described as between 20 and 30 years old, about 5 feet 3 inches tall and 145 pounds. He was wearing dark gray coveralls, a gray polo-type shirt, a black baseball cap, and had a goatee.

The man was driving a 2012 white Toyota Tundra with Texas plate number VJN8340, police said.
