31-year-old dies in fatal crash near I-35W in Fort Worth, police say

A 31-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Friday, April 25, on a Fort Worth highway, police said.

Officers were called to U.S. 287 and Interstate 35W shortly after 1:30 a.m., police said.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner identified the man as Damian Anthony Garza. He died at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital about 2:20 a.m.

Police said they are still investigating the details surrounding the fatal crash.
