Suspect in Forest Hill car wash shooting deaths of rapper, girl arrested in southeast Texas

One suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a Fort Worth rapper and his 5-year-old daughter at a Forest Hill car wash has been arrested, the Forest Hill police chief said.

Adonis Robinson, 24, was arrested Thursday in Livingston, about 70 miles northeast of Houston, police Chief David Hernandez said.

Robinson’s arrest was the result of information provided by the Fort Worth Police Department, Hernandez said. He is in the custody of the Texas Rangers.

The other suspect in the March 3 killings, Jakobie Russell, remains at large, Hernandez said.

Ronnie Sibley, who rapped under the name G$ Lil Ronnie, and his daughter R’mani Sibley were killed in the shooting Monday morning.

Further information about Robinson’s arrest was not immediately available Thursday evening.
