A body was found Friday on the grounds of Dolores Huerta Elementary in north Fort Worth, according to police and school officials.

In an email to parents, the school’s assistant principal said that the person found had no connection to the elementary school and died of natural causes, KDFW-TV reported.

The person was found behind dumpsters near the front of the school, at 3309 W. Long Ave., according to an online police incident report.

There was no threat to students, staff or campus, officials said. Counseling support will be available at the school to anyone who needs it.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the deceased and the cause of death once they have been determined.
