A new Whataburger is coming to this northern Fort Worth spot in 2025
Texas’ classic burger chain is adding a new location in Fort Worth.
Whataburger currently has 23 current locations across Cowtown. The new location will be on 205 E. Bonds Ranch Road right off Highway 287 in northern Fort Worth.
This $2.6 million project begins on Nov. 20 and is expected to finish in March 2025, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing document. The building is expected to be 2,816 square feet.
There are little surrounding fast food joints at this new North Fort Worth location, but there is a QuickTrip located across the freeway. The closest Whataburger is 3.4 miles away on N Tarrant Parkway.
Whataburger is known for its limited-time menu offerings. The Bacon Blaze Jalapeno Double burger is available until Oct. 31, as a limited time offer. The item has two beef patties layered with jalapeno ranch sauce, topped with “smoky bacon, aged cheddar and jalapeño slices” and served on a bun.
It was also recently announced that Whataburger will bring back the White Chocolate Peppermint Shake for the 2024 holiday season. This treat will begin serving on Nov. 5 and is available as a flavor for hot or iced coffee as well.
