Fort Worth

Questions about Star-Telegram changes to print delivery schedules? We’re here to help.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram will reduce to three print editions a week in October.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram will reduce to three print editions a week in October.

If you read the print version of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, you’ve probably heard that we will reduce our days of print delivery in October.

We will publish print editions on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and they will be delivered through the U.S. mail (meaning your Sunday edition will actually arrive Saturday).

To some of you, this is no big deal. You have already made the move to a digital-only subscription, or you supplement your print readership with online news at star-telegram.com. But I realize this move is unsettling or downright upsetting to others.

For those of you in that latter category, we’ve got two meetings scheduled to offer help. At those meetings, I’ll provide some context around this decision and why it is vital for the future of our business. And we’ll provide a tutorial on how to access all the Star-Telegram offers online (trust me, it’s way more than we can do in print).

A number of newsroom staffers will also be on hand for you to meet. And a customer service representative will attend to help with questions about your account.

Here’s the when and where information:

- 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, at the Grand Hall at North Richland Hills Center, 6000 Hawk Ave., North Richland Hills.

- 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, in the Rose Room at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd., Fort Worth.

If you plan to attend, please register ahead of time at star-telegram.com/event.

Thank you for reading the Fort Worth Star-Telegram!
