Ringling Bros. circus returns to Fort Worth with thrills. Here’s when you can see the show
The “Greatest Show on Earth” is back in Texas and on its way to Fort Worth.
A new Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus will be held at Dickies Arena from Aug. 2-4.
This will be the circus’s first time back in Cowtown following a seven-year hiatus after years of protests by animal rights groups. The reinvented show won’t feature lions or elephants this time. The main attraction will be exotic human acts.
What to expect at Fort Worth Ringling Bros. circus
There will be three days of performances that include acrobatics, dance, comedy, aerial and special effects. Some acts will feature stunt bikes, high wire, and criss-cross flying trapeze.
A cast of 75 artists from 18 different nations will be part of the show, produced by Feld Entertainment. There will be spotlight tracking and advanced audio-visual technology to intensify the acts.
Comfortable attire is encouraged, as the show will last two hours. Tickets start as low as $22. Visit their website to learn more.
