Man hit by train in south Fort Worth, taken to hospital in critical condition

A man was in critical condition after being hit by a train Monday night near Hemphill Street and West Seminary Drive in south Fort Worth, according to MedStar and Fort Worth​ police.

A person was in critical condition after being hit by a train Monday night near Hemphill Street and West Seminary Drive in south Fort Worth, according to MedStar and police.

The adult man was struck by a train and knocked about 8 feet off the tracks, according to police.

He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, according to MedStar. His current condition is unknown.

The incident remains under investigation.
