Woman hit by train in Fort Worth is identified

A woman killed Tuesday night when she was hit by a train has been identified as Robin Miller, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

Miller, 61, died from multiple trauma injuries, according to the office’s website. No hometown was listed.

Miller was hit by the train in the 800 block of 12th Avenue near Chisholm Trail Parkway, officials said. She was pronounced dead at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Police were called to the scene at 8:20 p.m. on a report of a “train involved in a collision with a pedestrian on the tracks,” police said.
