Jersey Mike’s Subs will soon open its first restaurants in this corner of North Texas
Fans of Jersey Mike’s Subs who live west of Fort Worth are in luck.
Two new locations are coming to Hudson Oaks and Weatherford. They will be the first Jersey Mike’s in Parker County.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction in a new retail strip center in Hudson Oaks will begin in mid-January and wrap up in mid-March. The exact address is unclear, but it appears as if the restaurant will be along U.S. 180/Fort Worth Highway.
The other location at 1314 S. Main Street in Weatherford will begin construction later this month and finish in late December, records show. The estimated cost is $500,000.
Both locations will be about 1,500 square feet.
