Fort Worth police discontinue Silver Alert after missing 84-year-old man found safe
A Silver Alert that was issued by the Fort Worth Police Department for an 84-year-old man was discontinued Wednesday after he was found safe.
Cleveland Spencer had been reported missing on Tuesday.
