A new Fort Worth craft brewpub is opening its doors just in time for the weekend.

Old Texas Brewing Company, Fort Worth, tapped its keg for the first time Friday at 6333 Camp Bowie Blvd., suite 200. The pub will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight, and later on weekends.

The Fort Worth pub is a spin-off of the original Old Texas Brewing Company, located in Burleson. Beyond the beers, the pub offers a full menu including barbecue, tacos, burgers and seafood.

North Texas band Ashmore will hit the Old Texas Brewing Company stage at 9:30 p.m. Friday. Musician Jesse Jennings will keep the music rocking next weekend with his album release party at 6 p.m. on March 5.

The new brewpub moves into the former location of Baker Street Pub & Grill, which closed in 2017.
