Motorcyclist killed in Fort Worth wreck is identified
A motorcyclist killed late Saturday in a wreck has been identified as 49-year-old Carl Perry, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s website on Monday.
Perry was pronounced dead in the 1300 block of E. Rosedale St. near Freeman Street after his Suzuki motorcycle crashed into a Toyota Camry at the intersection, said Cpl. Tracey Knight, a Fort Worth police spokeswoman.
“The Camry stopped at the stop sign, proceeded north through the intersection at this location when the motorcycle collided with the left rear area of the car,” Knight wrote in an email.
The wreck occurred about 10:20 p.m.
He died from trauma to his head and chest, according to the medical examiner’s website.
Perry died at 10:33 p.m. Saturday. No hometown was listed for him on the website, but public records indicated that he had lived in Fort Worth.
No arrests were made.
