Fort Worth OKs tax breaks for cosmetics company that will bring jobs paying $65,800
The Fort Worth City Council approved a 10-year tax break on Tuesday for a Coppell-based cosmetics maker that would bring 250 full-time jobs to an Alliance Texas manufacturing facility.
In exchange for a tax break on future increases in property value, the privately held Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. would lease at least 400,000 square feet at 5650 Alliance Gateway. The city said the project would result in a $30 million in construction costs and $40 million in equipment installation.
The jobs would pay at least $65,800.
Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. manufacturers cosmetic, beauty and personal care products.
