In 1997, he appeared at Circle Theatre in downtown in a new comedy by Del Shores, “Sordid Lives.” He made other appearances at the theater and on stage in Dallas.

In 2008, he appeared at Q Cinema, Fort Worth’s Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival.

Jordan also was known for his role in “Hearts Afire” and “American Horror Story.”
In 2006, Jordan won an Emmy Award for “Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series” for playing “Beverley Leslie” on “Will and Grace.”
