What’s closed, open

The stock exchanges and most nonessential federal, state, county and municipal offices will be closed Friday in observance of the July Fourth holiday.

Bedford’s city offices will be open Friday and closed Monday.

No mail will be delivered Saturday.

Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County will not deliver meals on Friday.

Banks will be open on Friday and closed on Saturday.

Most municipal park and recreation facilities, such as golf courses, water parks and swimming pools, will be open through the weekend.

Public transportation

The Fort Worth Transportation Authority’s bus service and Mobility-Impaired Transportation Service will operate on a modified Saturday schedule on Friday and will operate on a regular Sunday schedule on Saturday and Sunday.

Molly the Trolley will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The Stockyards and Safari shuttles will operate on a Saturday schedule Friday and will not run Saturday.

The Trinity Railway Express will operate on a modified Saturday schedule Friday and will not run Saturday.
