Man shot in east Fort Worth on Sunday; suspect still at large, police say

A man was shot in the torso in east Fort Worth on Sunday afternoon, and the shooter is still at large, police said.

Officers responded to a shooting call at about 12:07 p.m. in the 2000 block of E. Lancaster Ave, according to the incident report. The man was transported to a local hospital. The extent of his injuries are unknown.

Police have not yet identified the shooter, said Buddy Calzada, Fort Worth police spokesperson.
