Bodycam video shows Fort Worth police officers chasing escaped cow around neighborhood
Fort Worth police initiated a high-speed chase of a loose bovine on Thursday afternoon.
Officers received a loose livestock call and located a cow named Daisy in the 800 block of Wichita Street, Fort Worth Officer Gezim Pollozani said.
After about 50 minutes and the help of citizens, officers were able to safely catch Daisy and return her to her rightful owner.
Officers’ pursuit of “Miss Daisy” was caught on body-camera footage that was posted online by Fort Worth police.
The video of the chase was posted on Facebook and Twitter with the caption “Chasing Miss Daisy” and “#OnlyInFortWorth” and was shared hundreds of times.
