Golden Triangle Boulevard could get a Dunkin’ Donuts this year
A new retail building going up at 5144 Golden Triangle Blvd. is bringing with it a Dunkin’ Donuts for the north Fort Worth area.
The developer is Armstrong Development Properties out of Pennsylvania, and the architect is Harrison French & Associates. AIL Investment LP owns the land on the southwest corner of Golden Triangle Boulevard and Park Vista Boulevard, where the building will be.
No timeline has been released yet for construction.
According to the plans submitted with the city, the new retail building will be 6,364 square feet of divisible space with the possibility of up to three tenants. The Dunkin’ Donuts will occupy the west side of the building.
No other tenants have been attached to the project yet, though according to the submitted permit, the remaining spaces have been zoned for office and retail use.
