Pedestrian struck, killed while walking on a Fort Worth freeway

One man was killed after walking in or near one of the traffic lanes on Interstate 20 in south Fort Worth and being struck by a vehicle Monday.
Police were called about 1:45 p.m. to investigate the incident that occurred on Interstate 20 near the Campus Drive ramp, according to a police call log.
The driver of the vehicle that hit the man remained on the scene, according to police.
