One victim is dead after a shooting Tuesday morning near Wedgewood, police said.

The shooting occurred just after 8:15 a.m. at a residence along the 2700 block of South Meadow Drive.

Homicide detectives are investigating, and no other details have been released, according to officer Jimmy Pollozani, a Fort Worth police spokesman.
