Bandit in yellow rain jacket robs Fort Worth credit union
A robber dressed in a yellow rain jacket stole an undisclosed amount of money from a credit union Tuesday morning, police said.
Police appealed for help in identifying the bandit Tuesday afternoon, releasing a photograph of the suspect taken by video surveillance at the business. The robber did not display a weapon, police said.
At about 9:30 a.m., the man walked into the Fort Worth Community Credit Union, 6720 S. Hulen St., and presented a teller with a note that said, “Give me the money,” police said.
The suspect verbally told the teller the same thing.
The man ran out of the credit union after the teller handed him an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
He drove away from the scene in a white truck and headed north on Hulen.
Anyone with information should call police at 817-989-3317.
