Enjoy Hallmark Christmas movies (or not): Here's a game to make it even more fun
It's that time of year again.
The Hallmark Channel plays a slew of holiday movies — and a Fort Worth woman came up with a way to enjoy them even more.
Brittany Graves came up with the Hallmark Christmas Drinking Game, posted it on her Facebook page and Woman's Day quickly decided to share it.
The game "was so brilliant, we couldn't help but share it with the world," Woman's Day stated in an article.
Here are a few of the rules:
Take a drink when, for instance, the main character's name is related to Christmas — such as Nick, Chris or Holly — as well as any time someone criticizes fake Christmas trees, goes Christmas caroling, makes a magic deal with an angel or Santa Claus or hears "Jingle Bells".
But the rules change and you have to finish the drink "when the cynic is filled with the Christmas spirit" or it snows on Christmas.
And there's one bonus: "Take a shot if the movie stars Candace Cameron Bure or Lacey Chabert" are in the movie.
"We invented a drinking game that works with any" of the movies, Graves said. "My hubby actually watches with me now — we've had so much fun with it."
