Shooting leaves one dead in Fort Worth apartment complex
One person was shot to death Thursday morning at an apartment complex in east Fort Worth, police said.
A caller told a dispatcher that a man was shot at the Crest Oasis Apartments in the 4900 block of Canyon Trail North.
Officers responded to the shooting call about 7:15 a.m., and found the victim.
The name of victim had not been released pending identification and notification of relatives.
Police remained on the scene.
Authorities did not release any other details.
