This pot was riding with $25,000 worth of frozen chicken
This load was fowl and illegal.
Authorities seized 715 pounds of marijuana last week from a commercial truck which attempted to enter Tinker Air Force Base. And investigators also confiscated several thousand small containers of marijuana THC vape oil.
The marijuana and oil came stored along with $25,000 worth of frozen chicken.
The illegal stuff was being trafficked from Pasadena, Calif. to New Jersey, according to officials with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
The marijuana was hidden among the legitimate items for delivery at the base, authorities said.
The driver, Ashot Grigoryan, was arrested Thursday and faces two drug charges.
And the chickens - they were on ice until they could be moved to New Jersey.
