Bull struck, killed by car on Fort Worth highway overnight
A bull was killed overnight after walking onto a Fort Worth highway, according to police.
The bull walked out onto northwest Loop 820 near Meacham International Airport and was struck by a westbound vehicle, according to Fort Worth police spokesman Marc Povero.
The driver of the vehicle was not seriously injured. Police did not say what time the crash happened.
Police have been trying to find out where the bull came from, but Povero believed they hadn’t located the property or owner as of Tuesday morning.
