Fort Worth police investigate fatal shooting

Police are investigating the slaying of a man outside a Fort Worth home.

Officers responded to the call at 11:40 a.m. Saturday after neighbors reported a shooting at the 1600 block of Dorchester Street in south Fort Worth.

The victim — identified by the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office as Brandon Johnson, 33 — was found just outside his home with apparent gunshot wounds, police said.
