The 2025 Tarrant County back-to-school Roundup will take place at 7:30 a.m. Friday at Tarrant County College’s South Campus.

This is the 19th year for the event. Free school supplies, haircuts, and access to health and community services that include vision screenings, health checks and immunization from the Tarrant County Public Health Department will be available.

This year, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages will donate 200 laptops to students in grades 9 through 12, and $70,000 worth of beverages and resources to the roundup.

TCC South Campus is at 5301 Campus Dr., Fort Worth. Parking is available anywhere in lots 2 and 3.

The opening ceremony begins 7:30 a.m. with remarks from Tarrant County Commissioner Roderick Miles Jr., representatives from Tarrant County College, Fort Worth City Council members, Fort Worth schools Superintendent Karen Molinar, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages and others.

Admission is from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and is free for families who registered in advance. Families who haven’t registered will be admitted at noon. Access to the school supplies is not guaranteed.

Any remaining items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid photo ID and a student present. They can still take part in the event and receive resources such as haircuts and vision screenings, according Tarrant County Back-to-School Roundup.
